At Opus Art Supplies, we want you to be completely satisfied with your creative tools. If a product does not meet your expectations, you can return most items in their original condition within 30 days of purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal or contact our customer support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all brushes, paints, or canvases are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to Opus

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; please retain your tracking number for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned supplies, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
